"We believe Shutterfly's leadership in the personalized photo product industry, with nearly 5x revenue to its closest competitor, sets a formidable barrier for other companies to take market share. Growth drivers for the company include mobile, product category expansion, international markets, and Shutterfly Business Solutions (SBS). At the center of this is the new Shutterfly 3.0 Platform, which should provide the technology backbone that integrates across device and applications. We believe if executed well, the new platform could significantly increase user engagement and lift consumer spending. Particularly, we look to see early signs of benefit during this year's peak season as the migration of ThisLife users is expected to be largely completed heading into next year. We expect the SBS business continue to ramp as the company continues to bring on new customers and deepen existing relationships. Although higher mix of SBS business brings down the overall margin for the company, we are encouraged that the segment margin continues to trend upwards benefiting from investments in manufacturing facilities."
