"A small part of a large organization, where the small part can be a dictatorship with no oversight. The staff was treated poorly."
"From a low/middle-management perspective: This organization is inherently horrible. They provide absolutely zero training on anything, even basic workplace sexual harassment, and there is an appalling lack of support from above. Personally, I think the issues are currently, systematically at the Exec Director level, but it certainly was higher up during the Yarnold years. With the base employee level unionizing and the salary restructure, middle management is the butt of the joke. The level of disrespect repeatedly shown to Center Directors is devastating and my experience with National and the upper management was disappointing."
"Too much beaurocracy from the National Office, not enough on-the-ground conservation focus."
