"Freedom to call on any customer if it did not have a sales person attached to it."

"To many sales people over lapped each others area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"try to carve out areas - senior guys had all the good accounts even if they only did 50 dollars a year. It would not get turned over or put on the open list very easily."
