"If you are working here try not to get caught up in the attitude of your job is safe, and it doesn't matter if you do a good job or not. Have respect for yourself and do a good job regardless."

"I don't like the insane job security you have here. There are many people who work here that honestly shouldn't be employed."

"Ask the people you hired for their expertise for their expertise in certain aspects. Don't just go ahead and do something without consulting with your staff. Also, don't be afraid to confront an employee who isn't pulling their weight."
