"I have worked for N.A.P. Co. for over 2 years. It is not a very friendly company culture. The departments don't talk, which always leads to lots of errors and assumptions. No investment in customer service. The president is very active in the day to day business functions of the departments but is not interested in any detailed info from inside each department. A lot of bad business practices, lack of change and adaption to the market and technology. I could go on and on...."
