"Work hours an sometimes be flexible."
What don't you like about working at NanoGram?
"The management. There was a layoff and a lot of very good people were let go. The management had difficult choices to make and made a lot of bad ones."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the workers more. Do not hire managers that manage by using intimidation and fear instead of mutual respect. Get a non bias HR person that will listen to both sides of the story and actually cares about people."
