"Nampac has poor upper managment. Nampac's upper management will not back their supervisors, therefore the supervisor's lose respect of their employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be fair, although it may not be popular to everyone. Back your supervisors, they are the backbone of your production. Even if they are wrong you should back them. Correct the mistake in private. That's the professional way to handle things."
