"0 rewards, no promotions, incompetent people,. there is no real growth, mediocre atmosphere, new ideas are rejected, you could get rusty when the same tasks are given to you, unbalanced salaries, no appreciation of career experience, talents. No real value or impact of personnel appraisals"
