"The most enjoyable thing about working at NAAS was partnering with the President to run and grow the entire business. Aviation is a very dynamic industry and it was never boring to work in a company with focus on growth."

What don't you like about working at North American Aircraft Services?
"After the private equity company took over, they stiffled our growth with a heavy hand. I also had a head accountant who turned out to be disloyal."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"In addition to buying the company back from the private equity company, I would hire a VP Operations to take some of the load off of the President."
