"Worked for Myca Group for a little of 9 months. Firstly, there is LOTS of turnover at this company!!! When I started, I saw 4 ppl leave in about 3 months time!!! Management constantly tells lies!! The head executive constantly states that the company is growing, only to find out that they only hire people that have quit!! I was told that I was doing a great job, only to be let go!! ( told that my position was going in another direction...LIES!!) The managers treat you like you're dog poop!! The only incentive was the free coffee and snacks. You have to pay for your benefits (the company only paid 70%). No raises were given (Only a pitiful bonus, and you have to work your butt off to get that) There is A LOT OF FAVORITISM at this company!! I repeat...STAY AWAY!! You'd be better off working for Target!!"
