"Management (c-suite) has a bit of maturing to do - unfortunate toxic behavior. A growing company that is expanding from small to medium-sized. They are hiring experienced industry talent, however not taking advice or guidance of the very talent they have acquired. The office environment is sleepy and uninviting (dark lighting, tall and dated cubicles), business is focused primarily focused around the call center. Very unfortunate because there is a lot of potential for this industry!"
