THERE IS NO REAL STRUCTURE TO HELP REPS REACH THEIR GOALS, AND GOALS ARE NOT BASED ON THE PREVIOUS YEAR BUT RATHER ON WHAT MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HIT THEIR GOALS. EXPECT TO BE UNDER-COMPENSATED AND OVERWORKED. TONS OF BUSY WORK IS DUMPED ON SALES STAFF WHEN MANAGEMENT IS DESPERATE OR BORED. NO OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE UP AND NO OPPORTUNITY TO GROW ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT HYPER-LOCAL. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING, LIKE THE SALARY/COMMISSION/BENEFITS.
