"My current position pays well for what it is. They offer paid time off even to part-time employees. Overall it's not a hard position, but the hours are great. Personally I don't necessarily agree with some of their marketing decisions, and I've noticed some variations in the quality of the product (although normally the same). I'm okay with dress codes, but I'm not a fan of the polyester golf shirt I'm required to wear. I understand why I have to wear it though, overall not unreasonable request. The reason I've stayed at my job so long is my co-workers. We have each other's back, and we often just know what the other is thinking."
