"Don't bother."

What don't you like about working at MusicGiants?

"Everyone was quitting because the VP of R&D was an arrogant jerk with very little R&D experience. Also, they gloss over the fact that you get no insurance for 3 months until after you start working."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new R&D manager who has some significant experience as a software developer. The manager they had, had about 4 years of experience as a developer, and he got fired from his previous position as a developer. Shows how competent he was."
