"Be positive, upbeat, impressed by the demo (it is impressive, as is the tech behind it) and don't expect to hear about your application any time soon"

What don't you like about working at Music Mastermind?

"Feeling that the product is never going to make any money; lack of cohesion between design studio and marketing...random movement of goal posts; tendency to get rid of people who are too clever."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen more. Panic less. Stick to the plan. Don't constantly change your minds. Quit inventing new features in the middle of meetings"

"You need to be very clear about anything that you want, and you need to be careful not to disrupt the status quo. Hope you don't mind working weekends and staying late frequently due to poor planning."

"I cannot make decisions on my own without asking either my boss or another coworker. My IT manager comes to ME with questions instead of me coming to HIM."

"I wouldn't threaten my employees with their job to make them work better or differently, and I would plan and set deadlines that were actually achievable."
