"First started working there, it was a great place to work. Since CHS has leased the hospital, they have hired new management who do not care about the staff or their performance. They have fired people, a lot of them were RN's, who have worked there for years. The new nurses are coming in and making the same money as the nurses who have been there for a while. The new nurses are also leaving as fast as they come in. Even the hospitalist groups are leaving. Management is horrible!! They get rid of anyone who stands up for themselves. Munroe used to be a good hospital. There were issues with employees not getting raises. There are still really good nurses who work there."
