"I've worked for the MAC for almost 2 years now. It is not a place I would recommend for employment unless you are looking for a specialist position (i.e. a lifeguard, server, etc) Working an trying to accomplish long term goals is a huge challenge as leadership changes yearly. This yearly change often alters the previous year's goals and strategies making any true change very hard to achieve. Additionally, once you've reached a certain level, there is no upward mobility."
