"Why bother"

What do you like about working at MultiSystems?

"The time off. Even though its not paid! We use to have a great setup with the way we were paid and reimbursed. That changed though..Not really much I can think of."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't bother. Place your time and energy in companies that invest in and take pride in their team."

What don't you like about working at MultiSystems?

"The lack of opportunities, being left out as a remote employee, no benefits, lack of respect, poor leadership, lack of training...The list can go on and on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You have a lot of work to do. Training and investing in your employees is the most important thing you can do. The management at MSI clearly does not get that concept."

"The environment and tools availability. The type of projects were very interesting."

"Ask about the types of project they have, you will be more interested"

"Good company to work but you need live in Phoenix to enjoy the benefits."

"The team mentality at MSI is great. Out training support is so fantastic and helpful. The group I work with is like a family and MSI really does cultivate that feeling."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Very good company to work for. Great, proactive management staff that are easy to talk to and very approachable. If you don't live in Phoenix be aware that you will be a 1099 contractor."

What don't you like about working at MultiSystems?

"I like everything about MSI but being a contractor. MSI does not offer full time employment to remote Implementation Specialists."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work on getting remote Implementation Specialists on the payroll as W2 employees with the option for benefits."

What do you like about working at MultiSystems?

"My co-workers were all great to get along with. The company was reasonably well run. I had the opportunity to tackle new technologies. We were early adopters to microsoft .net, which gave me an opportunity to tackle C# programming early on."

What don't you like about working at MultiSystems?

"There just wasn't enough growth opportunity in the company. I enjoyed my time there, but needed to move up in the world, and it wasn't going to happen there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. I think Wayne (the owner) was a great boss, and a lot of fun to work for."
