"The higher bosses seemed to enjoy raining on any good day you had. There are not people people. They are bottom line/penny pinching people."

"Learn how to communicate with people working for you. Yelling is not they way."

"If you're straight-laced, introverted, and always toe-the-line, you'll do well. No creativity or fun allowed."

"It's an overall stifling environment. Run like a prison. I felt like I was treated like a child."

"Treat employees like people. Give them respect and trust. Stop treating them like toddlers who need hand-holding."
