"Be yourself, and down to earth person. They need someone who is not by the book. Someone who is easy going and doesnt mind a warehouse envioment and willing to work a lot of night hours during peak season. Must love the GIANTs and METS!"

What don't you like about working at Mail Terminal Services?

"The hours...there is no such thing as work, life and balance. You were required to work 1 night per week...but during the peak season you're there several times a week."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need training. A lot of the managers (team leads) who work there are first time supervisors/manager and have no experience with dealing with employees and issues"
