"MTS is comically broken in so many ways, it's difficult to describe them. Here are a few examples.The CEO would describe it as a growth company, but they cut their growth projects. And they do it in a method that appears to be arbitrary, as there is no clear project priority nor objective way to compare competing projects.They say trust is part of their corporate culture, but they don't trust you with the data you need to successfully do your job.They say there is a speak up culture, but people are so afraid to voice their opinion in meetings (or perhaps just refuse), that you end up rehashing things after someone raises objections to management instead and it trickles back down to be rehashed.The CEO says he wants it to be a fun place to work, then cuts staff and employee event funding.Annual reviews are completely word of mouth, with no objective data to support how you're doing your job.Some people are wearing so many hats, they get nothing done. If one of them is assigned to your project, expect nothing from them.I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends.That said, there are some really amazing, really smart people here solving really cool customer problems. And I am optimistic the culture will change. I think it will be many years before any useful transformation happens, if ever, though. Certainly not under this leadership."
