"In some of the companies there is no option for bonuses, salary raise, and no pay for overtime. Some companies require not talking loud, so co-workers would be able to better concentrate what they are doing, but people break this rule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sometimes managers insist too many switches between projects, not pay attention to every project due date and exactly scope of the particular project. I think managers not only manage people, but also manage peoples' skills to avoid any interruption in workload process."

"I think the management team at M&T is wonderful and I would have no suggestions."

"I accepted a job with M&T when they acquired Wilmington Trust in 2011. I was provided all the responsibilities, tools and authority needed to effectively perform my job. I had a solid technical staff to help support the applications."

"It is a very consistent and reliable place to work. However, for young people, it can easily become boring as the location is slow-moving and everyone operates at a very predictable place. There are many meetings and lots is required to get your work done in terms of approval and clearances. Overall, a great place for some, but not for all."
