"I've worked at ETS for over 5 years now. As much as I love the people I work with and find the work interesting, the opportunities for moving up in the company are a little backwards in my opinion. Instead of being recognized for your work in your current position and your manager believes you're ready for the next level, you already have to be doing to responsibilities of the next level in order to get there."

"I like locations, interiors, offices, friendly environment and co-workers. Also, workload process and completion work."

"Any particular interview depends on a person you are talking to, position you are apply to and company you want to working to."

What don't you like about working at M&T Bank?

"In some of the companies there is no option for bonuses, salary raise, and no pay for overtime. Some companies require not talking loud, so co-workers would be able to better concentrate what they are doing, but people break this rule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sometimes managers insist too many switches between projects, not pay attention to every project due date and exactly scope of the particular project. I think managers not only manage people, but also manage peoples' skills to avoid any interruption in workload process."
