"I worked at MSI for only 6 weeks. Four of those weeks were spent in training. While many employees and supervisors were well meaning, I also saw a lot of posturing and backbiting between MSI and the company being grafted in. MSI did not seem to operate efficiently and many good employees were sidelined or minimized in spite of much speech making to the contrary. I would not work for them again."
What don't you like about working at MSI Solutions?
"When the owner and presidents church is pushed on you in a work environment I take issue. This company does not value its employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A complete reorganization is needed and religion should be a personal thing, not a corporate mandate."
