What don't you like about working at MSC Software?

"Aside from getting laid off, I think that the repercussions of previous senior management created a pretty big obstacle to overcome - mostly because their long term strategy seemed to keep changing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Now that MSC is a private company under Symphony, invest the time needed to make the product line more robust. Don't release features until they are complete and tested by the field (and some customer beta testers)."
