"I loved working for these people. While I worked in the Ann Arbor office, my supervisors were all remote. Nevertheless, this arrangement worked out very well and over time and with infrequent visits, we developed close personal relationships. I also enjoyed working with all my colleagues at the Ann Arbor office. I marked "Ability to improve and move up" as "average", because as a paid consultant, opportunities were limited in the face of a severe slump in business and massive lay-offs in 2008. I am sure that this company has recovered by now and I would gladly work for them again."

"Horrible mismanagement and micro-management caused a culture of no trust and expected failure. Disagree and you were shown the door."

"Needs entirely new management. Trust your technical expertise and your customers."

"It's a tough time for MSC. They are reducing staff to cut cost. Tip is to provide technical value in engineering or CAE discipline."

"Management turmoil... too many islands of culter due to large number dispersed acquisitions."

"Focus the teams and the technology on tangible customer needs."
