"I've worked with MSB for some time. The CEO is a great salesman. He really has a way with words and a great personality. We have pretty good flexibility and we all work from home. Downside- I've NEVER received a raise. Constant talk about what people are doing wrong. Very little positive reinforcement for small or large victories."
