"I have been working here for quite a while that I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly.It could have been a great place to learn and grow your career but the poor management who run this place make it a terrible place to work for. Employees are often required to work long hours but are not properly compensated or even appreciated. No rewards and recognition that could have motivated employees and give them the drive to work harder. There's high employee turnover because of these terrible work situation."
