"I’ve worked for Moxie Properties for 6 months. I left a great job with the room for continued growth to assist Moxie Properties in what I thought would be an opportunity to allow myself more time with family, as well as improve the company policies and procedures. Unfortunately, I doubled the stress and took a huge pay cut. I absolutely love my co workers and my boss but the resistance to change makes it nearly impossible to create any system that will with stand the growth of the company."
