"I have worked with Moving Image Technologies for about a month and a half. The work environment is amazing. From the first day I started everyone has been nice to me. I ask questions about stuff and they all show me where and how to do things. My supervisor is great as well. He really wants to help me learn and adapt fast in this new position. I am learning a lot because of him and will continue to learn."

"I worked with MiT for the second half of the global Digital Cinema conversion of commercial cinemas. I was very thankful to be offered this role after their major competitor laid me off without warning. I feel that the hierarchy and direct reporting to whom I was assigned was not the most effective and beneficial. Though my supervisor is/was quite worthy of respect on many levels... his sales career was in its infancy, which subsequently meant no mentoring in that sense. Additionally because almost all of my colleagues had ownership in the company... advancement was very limited."
