"Admission staff do not get breaks. There is no help from office staff. Office staff are unprofessional and actively works against each other. There is a serious lack of communication between everyone. They are extremely bossy with no delegation abilities. Dishonesty is the policy here. There is bullying, nepotism and favoritism. The office staff is in control so everyone is your boss. Events are poorly planned and disorganized. Your job performance relies on how well you can struggle through the disfunction. There are many events, weekends, 12 hours days, and long hour days. They aren’t looking to grow just get by."
