"Absolute Nightmare."

What do you like about working at MountainTop Technologies?

"The company hired many extremely impressive, gifted people. Working with them was a pleasure."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I highly doubt people will be interviewing with this company, as it is unlikely to stick around for much longer. But if they manage to get new contracts and you do find yourself interviewing with MTT, RUN! That is the best advise anyone can give you. Run away from this opportunity like it was the plague. You can find something else. You do not need to work this horrible people."

What don't you like about working at MountainTop Technologies?

"Almost everything. This is a technology company with a culture circa 1980. The owners treat all employees like children. Nepotism is the norm, even when the individuals have no qualifications. The company cannot manage to get any work that isn't handed to them from a congressional earmark or congressionally mandated grant. They cannot compete because they are excessively greedy. The do not listen to the ideas of employees at all. They act like employees are always out to get them in some way. It is absolutely suffocating environment that should be on the list of TOP 10 worst companies to work for in the U.S."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give up. You made the vast majority of your employees despise you long before the company started having trouble. When the company did start having serious issues, there were not enough employees who cared if you failed anymore. In fact, many of the employees commented on many occasions that if you went out of business it would be justly-dealt karma. Other companies that employees have interviewed with laugh at the MTT name. So just close your doors already."
