"While I was working there I was encouraged to continue my education and get as many Cisco certifications as was possible. Although there was not an opportunity to move up in the company you were always encouraged to learn and practice more within the computer world from learning the front and backsides of the newest tablet to program design. Mountain West believed any step forward was positive. My only complaint was their pay scale was a poor one at best, even with certifications they refused to pay more."
