"On a personal level, I really liked everyone there. It was a nice place to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be firm on salary requirements. They will encourage you with the small business lure of 'we do better and you do better'. However, that was not my experience. Money went to more management, not higher employee salaries."

What don't you like about working at Mountain Media?

"Seemed to be stuck in a quagmire of poor business decisions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on what makes you money, not what you think will possibly bring in more money."
