Mount Snow Employee

"The food and beverage department at Mount Snow is a very hostile working environment. Staff are frequently exposed to sexual harassment, bullying, verbal abuse and threats of violence. Excessive drug use among employees means hard working staff pick up the slack and do most of the work. Management frequently over-staffs shifts so servers battle snow and weather to get to work only to be sent home without pay or stay and make very little money except on Saturdays. Longtime servers can be dishonest, aggressive, and very rude to new employees. Management fails to address concerns of employee misconduct and reporting negative experiences could jeopardize your employment. Senior Management is unwilling to resolve issues and excuses misconduct as "this is how it's always been.""

"A fun place to work, after all it is a ski resort. The pay is much lower than other local companies."
