"the growth potential when I started, and the constant learning opportunities. I started as a part time manager and ended up running the show in ten years time"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The fit of employee to employer is hard for me to gage, I have always been employed so interviewing is something I have very little experience in. I have always been hired away or had known my employer long before the opportunity to work together came up."

What don't you like about working at Motorscope?

"I worked in a capital constricted operation, focus on ownership rewards trumped growth opportunities, the line worker compensations program also created greater turnover then was productive, the upside of that was that I became a great trainer and was forced to build the staff that would meet my needs even though I would lose them to others with higher compensation plans"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When I left and opened my own operations I was again capital constricted as I grew my business with cash flow verses investors I would recommend the company look more closely as unit profitability and the productive value of staff and work harder to professionalize the working environment"
