"Listen to your employees and compensate the worker bees."

"I mostly liked the people I worked with, and some interesting projects on which to work. They have good benefits and you can invest in the company."

"My interviews also went well here, so as long as you are qualified for the job, you will do well. I also suggest asking them as many questions as you can."

What don't you like about working at Motorola Solutions?

"During economic downturns, they lay large numbers of people off. Also, in a few instances, they did not provide the necessary support for working on a new type of project, but in today's day and age, just about everything is available on the internet, so perhaps that does not matter anymore. In Mansfield, I really liked my manager and the people too. However, in Lexington, I really liked the people I worked with, but not the management so much."

"Since I am a working Mom, I would suggest better support for working Moms."

"Too many meetings."

"Enjoyed 20 years with the company, along the way the corporate philosophy changed though. Company loyalty meant something... now, well... not so much."

"Absurd hours. 3:00 AM conference calls became very hard."
