They are not providing the resources and understand that at this stage aggressive pricing to win more marquee accounts is critical to growing market share first, before increasing EBITDA for the sports venue decor business they acquired four years ago. The sole emphasis on EBITDA without consideration of the competitive factors has reduced the sports division client roster and market leadership from when it was acquired. In conclusion I do not believe the parent company is committed to the sports business and this division, long term."
