"Times are hard right now and lots of people are looking for work. If you need a job BAD, and find one, take it! But this company is not for a college grad like myself or someone seeking advancement. Managers in this company are ignoramus and pompous so watch out!"

"Management are inconsiderate to lower' level employees, look down on them, and see them as expendable!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"See all your employees as equals, some may be students and trying to work their way up and need their voices heard not laughed at because it's risky for your company in many ways, and your the one being laughed at."
