"The company is owned by someone who bought his way into Management, making himself the President and CEO as if it were all just a game. He has no Employee Management skills and constantly demoralizes his Employees by being completely oblivious to their needs and dismissing and marginalizing them. He only feigns compassion for purposes of self-aggrandizement. He micromanages everything and refuses to empower or delegate appropriately. I highly recommend against working here."
