"I like working for this company because it gives me the opportunity to make my own income decisions on the file to help the borrower qualify. We have the wage tool; we can use YTD, base, with or without bonus."

"Write, review, study, and know your behavioral interview questions well."

"What I don't like is that we are not able to get our DE anymore."

"Management does a great job overall, but they can improve on training."

"A suggestion that I have for management is to continue to be open with the employees fresh ideas, suggestions, and beneficial goals for the company."

"I could work from home which was ideal in the cold Winters."

"Working as an Independent, pay per file, Contractor, is not for everyone. No benefits, varied pay scale, and very hard work load."

"It was feast or famine, sink or swim and not reliable for a solid pay check."

"Properly compensate my employees for their time working hard through weekends and holidays."

"I can't say there was anything that I did not like about the company."

"During the time I was there, the underwriting department I was in was brand new and they were just starting to figure how everything was run. I think they did a great job in changing and growing as needed."

"Don't give employee pay based upon their additional responsibilities as they move up the ladder. Lot of the management decisions are made without having input from the employee and you saw a lot of duplicate tasks."
