What do you like about working at America First Credit Union?
"I love working for AFCU, it is close to my home, they are a stable company, but the only thing that I don't like is the income, its not enough for a one fam.income"

"Use your knowledge when doing QC or Audit on loans, don't come to a conclusing until the research is done. don't be afraid to ask questions, remember nobody knows everything."
What don't you like about working at America First Credit Union?
"The only reason I would consider going to work somewhere else is the income."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that the management team needs to be better organized in the way the mortgage dept is ran. They need a better procedure for the way that the loans are processed and issued throught the dept."

"They really go above the norm to take care of their employees and it was reflected year after year with their customer service ratings. If you take good care of employees, they will take care of your customers."

"All the mergers that took place over the years. Leadership did make some bad business decisions, but over all, it was a good place to work."

"Keep the customer service rating that you have always had. This is what ties the customers to the bank for life."

"This job was a good starter position as it gave you a little of all of the mortgage aspects to work on."
What do you like about working at Centex?
"My supervisor was amazing to work for. This company gave me some expirence in underwriting, audit, processing, and some closing. I like that it introduced more than just the processing part of the industry."
What don't you like about working at Centex?
"I think that due to them having you play so many roles ie: underwriter, processer, audit, closing... one is never really able to be the best at any of the possitions. There was no real form of training."

"There needs to be more training, and more specified roles so that the proper attention can be placed on all aspects of the positions available."
