"Team work is evident to meet unrealistic goals set by corporate office. The manager is well educated, always willing to help, genuine, and flexible w/ all employees."

What don't you like about working at BBVA Compass?

"Room for promotion is slow. You have to work harder and longer than any other job to earn what others have as base salary. Corporate office is not in tune/sync w/ operations centers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more experienced people"
