"After Sept 11th the industry changed. Airlines and Tour Operators were changing their commission policies and Morris Murdock wanted to change our pay structure and benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They were always so worried about the $$ that they didn't care how hard the front lines worked. Every time they had a member of upper management that did support us...they were let go."
