Even though I haven't taken a vacation in almost 2 years at this company thus maxing out my PTO and working overtime, the manager still wasn't keen that I was taking PTO. "I have been working at MT USA since May of 2012. It is a good company, and gave me an opportunity to work both of MSSQL side as my main skills match with it, but as I was learning Oracle, this company encouraged and paid for Oracle Certification. Also, allowed me to take primary role of 3 Oracle states, which was fantastic. This company gave me a Principal DBA title and gave me management training. Only thing is: this company is not pulling me into management, though I feel I have all qualities."
