What do you like about working at Morphotek?

"Overall a great place to work, not that I know any better. The company does a great job of taking care of its employee population and seems to care, not just put on a front. Overall I sometimes feel appreciated, sometimes don't. Overall I feel like there is a lack of mentoring/mentored possibilities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Overall a great place to work. The company as a whole is cohesive and positive. Recent years have seen change in some of the culture as the company gets older, but truly one of a kind in how they take care of everyone!"

What don't you like about working at Morphotek?

"Morphotek overall is great to work for, and is truly brought up to who you work for/where you work. Some bosses are a piece of cake, others are very micromanaging. Put faith in me being able to do what you hired me to do and stop getting in the way because its not exactly the way you would do it if we get the same result. Again, this is a manager specific issue, the company overall is very good about not being micro managing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Layout clear expectations, provide structure for feedback both directions, talk less about what I have done and do more to support. Not cut out employees or make them feel like a grunt."
