What don't you like about working at Morneau Sobeco?
"Bad Environment and is not a friendly place to work at. It's a very political place to work at. The management staff treat employee unfairly and there are no advancement opportunity to grow in this company unless you are very buddy buddy with some of the management staff. Also training in Morneau Sobeco is very poor because they don't tell you anything or train you at all but they expect you a lot to return. Many of us have this feedback from their training."

"Need more Professional & better people to work at the management. Need to provide proper training & orientation to new employees. Treat employees with fairness and offer advancement opportunity."
