"As above NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!! Thrown under the bus to save senior management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ownership and authorship through the rank and file not the company. This property has to figure out what it wants to be. A private club that is open to the public or a resort with a Membership base. Standards have to be elevated and maintained in either direction taken."
