"Morgan Minnock Rice & Miner is a great firm in a lot of ways. The big drawback for new associates is that it pays less than most firms of a similar size and location. The firm does mostly insurance defense. It also defends large retailers in slip and fall cases. It is a great place to obtain a solid litigation experience."
"Excellent firm. Very respected. They do all of the premises liability cases for Walmart, Smith's, and some other grocery chains in Utah. Excellent opportunity to gain litigation experience. I like almost all the people who work at this firm. They just don't pay enough. That's the one drawback. The salary for new associates is too low, and also the benefits aren't very good."
