"While I wish them the best, this is a company where the CTO has no engineering experience and uses nothing other than word of mouth to figure out what is getting done and what needs to get done. That is, there is no use of project management software (though Redmine is used for bug tracking). To put things another way - they spend 50 - 75% of their time fixing bugs and putting out fires. Unless things change, I don't recommend them."
